View Book Version info

View the Book Version Info

  1. Select a title on the Book List Page to open the title's page.
  2. Click the Book Info icon to open the Book Version Info window.

Book Version Info window

The Book Version Info window contains information about your title, including:

  • the version of cos (Content Optimization System) used to compress the file
  • the date the file was created
  • the name of the epub file
  • whether the file is mobile ready
  • the URL of the mobile version
  • the state of the title
  • the status of the title
  • the URL of the file
  • the size of the original ePub file
  • the name of the original ePub file
  • the URI (Universal Resource Identifier)of a preview of the ePub title's Table of Contents
  • the URI (Universal Resource Identifier) of the ePub's Table of Contents itself
  • the URI (Universal Resource Identifier) of the Golden Gate processed version of the ePub.

To access the original ePub file, use the file name listed in the Book Version Info as the "File Name," not the "processed ePub URI." The processed ePub URI contains information inserted by Golden Gate for internal use.
